Cardtray is a personal tool for digitizing business cards. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
The service
You get an account-scoped contact tray. Free plans include a limited number of cards (see Pricing). Features may change; Pro billing is not live yet unless clearly stated.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload cards and data you have a right to store.
- Don't abuse the scanners, APIs, or other users' accounts.
- Keep your sign-in credentials private.
Accuracy
Vision/OCR can misread cards. You are responsible for reviewing fields before relying on them. Cardtray is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for lost contacts, misreads, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use of Cardtray.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
